    * efa: Support "efa <from> <to>" in addition to

           "efa <from-city> <from-stop> I<to-city> I<to-stop>".

      Some backends work much better with this mode.

    * efa: prepend a quick glance (date/item, duration, lines) to connections

    * New backend service: NWL
