    * Deprecation notice: Mention Travel::Status::DE::DBRIS as recommended

      successor. Travel::Status::DE::HAFAS is no longer a viable alternative.

    * db-iris: Do not fail if Cache::File is unavailable

    * Add delay code 27 (Technische Störung am Bus)
